Be very careful of these guys, their accounts department is a complete joke.

These jokers debited my account for the incorrect amount, months in a row. They charged me for a service I never requested and didn't bother responding to my correspondence. Then they respond (days later after more emails) stating I must prove I never requested something! I have mails from them admitting they made the error but they refuse to return my money. They cannot credit your account (can't do the maths). Complete disaster.

My advice is try to mail them and when you get no joy contact the Office of the Consumer Protector. Companies like this should have to deal with the consequences of their actions. If we do nothing this type of behaviour will continue (and get worse). These companies must get some admin from authorities to change their attitude.

Axxess services are cheap because their service is cheap. Seriously consider another service provider as it is a matter of time before you have similar problems with these guys. And good luck getting that sorted!
