Bad Attitude and Bad service overall

I have several contracts with Vodacom and i have always cherished the relationship until Duncan Mabasa ruined everything on Tuesday. My Sumsang galaxy pocket is locked and we are unable to unlock the phone. An email and password is required but everytime we punch in the correct details the phone ramains locked. All i wanted was for him to reset the phone but he told me it was impossible to rest the phone. This was few minutes after our was told at other Vodacom store that the manager was out of office and he was the only person who can reset my phone. How on earth is one Vodacom store able to reset the phone and the other not. anyway who is correct and who is lying here? Someone needs proper training. As if that wasn't enough the guy gave me a very bad attitude and even celebrated by give me the cancelation department number to show me i was a nobody. The experience really left a bitter test in my mouth. I agree i might have been negligent by locking the phone but i will not tolarate or accept the treatment i received. Whether it was my fault or not the treatment was unacceptable. At some point he even refused to give me his name.
