Sim swop stuck on server for 72HRS

I recently took out a new contract with 8ta and ported my number from Vodacom to 8ta. From Vodacom side the number was released within a few hours however when I was issued the sim it was the incorrect one and the lady did an immediate sim swop to the small sim. She said this is immediate however I would need to waqit for the number to be ported. After numerous calls and even another visit to 8ta offices the SIm swop is stuck on the sever and therefore I am stuck without a phone for business as the Vodacom on is now disconnected. The problem is that there is nobody that monitors the sim that are stuck on the server and they just wait for the server to eventually release the sim at the customers expence, ( Time, frustration and loss of business) Even when you call them you cannot speak to that department directly. This is shocking service and
