Hi
I ported my number to Vodacom from 8ta two days ago. I was told that the process will be complete in 1-24hr. It has been two days now. The worse part of it all is that I can't receive/make calls, sms'. connect to the net until this process is complete.
When I ported to 8ta, it was so easy that it took only a few hours. However now that I want to get out of this network, they are holding hostage, worse now, I do no have any service, meaning I am missing important calls...
Can they release my number already
