Unauthorised deductions from my baking account

Kindly assist here with the bank statements attached for my mother.

Please note that the is two payment going through on her account R 50.00 which she is aware of, and R 78.00 which she is not aware of and never signed a contract for it.

I have spoken to several agents at cell c for more than a month and to this date no one has help my m0other with her problem.

The last time I spoke to a team leader by the name of Busi Sehlale and still waiting for her to help with the problem.
