Cell C
A week later and still no feedback

REF SPI003693703 - I applied for a new contract on 14 June. I clearly advised the consultant what my new cell number is and that this should be used for all correspondence. When I received the email confirming my application it showed the old unused cell c number. I was told several times that the call is being recorded so you can verify. I have called cell c twice asking them to add the correct number but the number stays the same on the site where applications are tracked. Now, please can I have some feedback regarding my application.
