MTN Bad Attitude Sales Call

I do not have the persons name who called me from MTN to convince me to change from my Vodacom contracts to MTN. The call was made to me at 9:46am 20 June 2013. After this particular call I would never want to deal with MTN ever again. Bottom line the sales person had a Bad Attitude and tried to make me, a potential future customer (which will never happen now) look like a fool. Please could you train your sales people to be more courteous and accept that not every call will be a sale and to know when to gracefully end the call. The sales caller would not accept no for an answer even after the second and third time.. I am not going to write here what was said to me, but it was just totally unacceptable behaviour and a bad reflection on MTN.
