"Sold" me a phone, but does not delive

A month ago I was "Sold" an HTC ONE as part of my upgrade (on MTN). I was told without hesitation or doubt that I should have the phone in 2 weeks.
2 Weeks later when I should have had the phone, I had to phone Them to find out whats happening. This time around they were "waiting for stock" which would arrive end of the (3rd) week.
Several calls and another week later and all of a sudden no one has Any idea when I will get my phone... I just have to wait.
And the Final straw .. today on HTC South Africas facebook page I see "HTC South Africa: We have no confirmed dates regarding MTN."
