Debits 2 weeks early and very bad service

My debit is set to be charged on the last day of every month, only to find my debit went off on the 14th of June. I went onto the call center on the 8-ta home page to chat to a consultant to ask why this has happened. I have literally tried sorting this out every single day since this happened on numerous times and not once has a consultant been able to assist me with the issue. Firstly, this has thrown my budgeting out for the month and have had to take out a loan till I get paid and secondly I would like to know from a manager/technician is these consultants can just cut you off. Whenever they were not able to give me an answer they just cut me off and I had to start the whole process again. In fact, as soon as the consultant who cut me off before saw it was me, she cut me off before I could even start. I am a very patient person but all I wanted from this at the beginning was to find out why a DOUBLE debit was taken off TWO WEEKS early and to have it refunded into my account and then taken off at the correct time. Unfortunately, due to incompetent call center staff this has escalated to something a lot bigger now. Please I just want my money back and taken off the correct time!
