Total failure - agents and system

Telecommunications

1. 1st I changed from banks. Telkom never changed it (I sat with bank agent to change it). Debit did not go off.
2. Phone got disconnected (without any notice! What if we had an emergency?!), went all the way to Nelspruit, paid a huge amount changed bank details again with agent. I also asked BIS to be cancelled. Agent told me phone will work in 24 hours, it took 4 days and only after a phone call I had to make!
3. BIS still not stopped as promised!!! 4. Bank details still not updated!!! Still with old bank!!! 5. Money AGAIN (3rd month) not debited. 6. Phone disconnected (every time without any notice!!!). 7. Went AGAIN 180km to Nelspruit and got new bank details in, & agent made note on my request for money to go off at end of the month. 8. Money (full amount) goes off the 15th!!! 9. PHONE GETS DISCONNECTED!!! Again without any &%$#@^& notice!!! 10. Agent tells me I must e-mail bank statement. All this whilst the signal in my home town Hoedspruit is EXCEPTIONALLY bad and sometimes it takes days for messages to go through. I need Telkom to meet me halfway and allow me to get out of this ridiculous contract and service!
