Still No Help For incorrect ID on account

I found that my ID had been used incorrectly on my mothers Telkom account and both my mother and I reported this and tried to get it fixed, however we have had no help.

This issue has been ongoing since December, I have reported this on Hello Peter in May, got a response two days later, and despite all my emails and phone calls I have had absolutely no response or help.

of course when you phone you get pushed from pillar to post with absolutely no help. The lady I have just spoken with has just accused my mother of setting up the account using my ID which I DO NOT APPRECIATE as this is not the case and is quite frankly slander.

It is now six months and I have still no resolution.

All we want is to have my ID number removed and hers added as this is her account.
