Autopage still not delivering

I have been promised R300 credit to my account for merchandise that was promised with my contract, but I never received. Its been 3 months later and I haven't heard from Autopage since my last report, neither has my account been credited. I'm pretty sure they would have been charging me interest if I owed them money...
