Nompi at the Vodashop in Randfontein is such a nice and competent assistant. She is friendly, knowledgeable and does not get angry at rude customers. While she was busy helping me to upgrade another impatient customer started complaining to her about something and she professionally and helpfully addressed his problem. She is a true asset to the company and deserves a compliment.
