200GB down the drain

I spent close to R1800 on data for my Ipad - fell for the special, where you get 50GB during peak hours and 150GB between midnight and 5am. Seemed ideal for me as it would allow me to download on my Ipad. Only problem is the reception in Roodepoort West is pathetic. Every time I log on to the internet, I spend more time trying to get a signal then actually browsing the internet. It is such an inconvenience, because I can't download anything. Regret moving from Vodacom to Cell C, because I spent a substantial amount of money for something I'm not using now.
