I can't take it anymore!

My Blackberry Bold 9790 is giving me endless problems. Sometimes when I am in a call for a few minutes with a client or work colleague, it just dies. Resulting in me returning the call with an apology. I regular get a SMS saying I got a missed call, but my phone was on the whole time. This is not good for business!

I had problems not long after I started my contract and took my phone for repairs. I had to use a basic phone for more than a week. I couldn't receive E-mails on this phone and this was also very bad for business! I am not willing to take my phone for repairs again.

I am not happy! I am paying a lot of money (R490 p/m) for something that only works half of the time. I want to cancel my contract as soon as possible!
