Double charging me thousands of Rands

Nashua Mobile have been from me by double charging me. I have a 1Gb data bundle on my cell phone account which they charge me for, but then they have been also charging ALL my data at out of bundle rates, from the first MB, as though I have no data bundle. So every 1mb of data gets charged at R2, rather than R0, even though my first 1000 Mb should be free (already paid for)!
In addition, they are short-changing me on my "free minutes" on my Anytime 750 contract (they don't give me the full R750 worth of free minutes before starting to charge me).
I have therefore racked up massive bills (R5800 last month!!) for the last several months.
