Last year - March 2012 i was introduced to the 3 month free ADSL uncapped trial. I was told that it is free. also that the amounts will reflect on my account but will be credited thereafter. ZAfter one month of "testing" i found that this was not for me as i had endless problems. The modem blew, nothing worked. Immediately informed telkom via telephonic discussion as well as email that i DO NOT want this. Nothing was ever done and no one collected the equiptment. To date i am having endless problems getting this resolved as when i call the call centre i am sent from pillar to post. I am now getting emails from lawyers stating that i owe telkom money. This is rediculous. Does Telkom do this just to clients so they can make a quick buck??? I am running around in circles spending days on the phone and holding on for a manager that is NEVER available. I am disgusted with this custiomer service and want this resolved ASAP
