I have been with Autopage for over 10 years and their service has deteriorated significantly during that time.
I recently requested to have a 'change of ownership' done to my account. I was told this would be a simple process and would take about a month. I was not told there would be ANY fee involved.
When I received my monthly statement I saw that they had deducted a double amount from me. They charged me for the change in ownership!! So, of course I lodged a complaint. I was then told the amount would be credited to my account.
After calling and speaking to Freddy, who I am sure is a competent guy who just received extremely poor training from this awful service provider, he advised me my money had been credited back to the original owner of the account BUT my account details have always been used for debiting i.e. the names have changed but I always paid therefore should have received the credit! Which I didn't. i was then transferred to Charmaine in accounts who was beyond useless and referred me elsewhere!! After a 20min wait I was referred elsewhere and eventually hung up. I suggest Autopage up their game and not money from their clients!! I will be taking this higher!
