PLEASE DO YOUR JOB!!!

I have been trying to get my contract changed to prepaid. I have sent letters and called 808 and no one wants to help. As per the feedback received this should have been done on the 13th June but I am still trying to get assistance. I have emailed your Exec office and STILL NO RESPONSE!
