I am very disappointed with MTN Direct 808 call center. Its an endless maze of IVR's, even if you press "0" to speak to an agent you hold on indefinitely. I waited for 38 min for someone to answer, I eventually gave up.

When will you learn MTN that self service does not mean poor service or no service. Can someone on MTN's side please answer me as to how I can add a data bundle to my contract number. How do you guys justify that a person must hold on for 38 min on the phone and still get no response.
