Mr Delivery does not deliver under R50

Mr Delivery refused to send me an order which was under R50, despite them charging me a R27.50 delivery fee. That's more than half the price of my meal. Does it really matter how much your order needs to be if you are paying people a delivery fee for a service? Heck I expect them to bring me anything on the menu if you pay a delivery fee!
