Cell C
NO SMS ROAMING

I recently ported my cell number to Cell C. On inquiry, I have now been told that Cell C does not offer sms roaming on pay as you go or contract. This service has been offered for many years by both Vodacom and MTN. Had I known this, I would not have ported my number.
