Call logged, no reply after more than a month!

I logged a call (S3-TNY2P-PN2LZ) about bad/no cellphone reception on 26 April 2013. On 26 April I received and SMS that the problem will be investigated. I received one call a week later and since then, NOTHING! Up to now I am lucky to finish a call or connect to the internet while at home. Calls are dropped left, right and center which means a redial and thus more costs. Working from home is not an option as 3G is non existent. And Vodacom pulls up their shoulders, not worried in the least as long as we pay monthly. Is there ANYONE at Vodacom willing to assist?!?!!?!
