I purchased a Wii Mini Console on 23/05 - and returned it on 30/05 as it gave a disc error message.
BT Games tested it when it was returned and it gave the same message.
When the console was returned to BT Games, they could not refund/exhange as stated on their invoices "we will gladly refund/exchange any purchases within 14 days on condition the invoice is present and that the item is in its original packaging" as they unfortunately cannot swop out Wii Products within the 14 day period! Was told that I should read their in store policy.
I exchanged numerous emails with Steven Moore and Justin Wilson.
It was said that Core is very efficient and usually takes 5-10 working days.
According to Core today 11/6 'the unit has been received by us on the 10th of June 2013 and we will begin diagnosing the unit'
As per Justin Wilson's email on 8/06 -'Core have promised to do their best to have to us by the end of next week. I will keep following up with them to make sure you get your machine ASAP.
