3 days to activate Sim but still no activation

My 2 10Gb for R199pm sim cards were (along with modem, tablet, but this is irrelevant).
I suspended them telephonically.
I went in to 8ta Eastgate to have them reissued as new sim cards.
1 was reissued that same day. This one works fine.
The second one was reissued the following day (because of attrocious connection problems at 8ta).
The second one *never* worked at all. It's now 4 days since the sim card was reissued, but still no connection.

This is ridiculous now. Can the 8ta Eastgate staff please get their act together?
