I bought a netgear router on 6th June 2013 from Eastgate store.
The modem is not working so I took it back to the store as it is only 5 months old and they are telli me that it has to be sent to netgear for 10-14 days before I will get any feedback.
How is my business supposed to operate without internet connection for that period of time at this busy time if the year.
I won't be able to receive orders or communicate with my clients.
This is totally ridiculous.
When I posed the question to the manager I was told I will just have to wait for 2 weeks before anything gets sorted out.
I'm sure your business wouldn't be able to operate on this basis without Internet connection.
Clearly no concern for the customer or their concerns.
I don't want a replacement as this is a joke
I'd rather buy from a reputable company who actually cares for the problems of their client
I want a refund on this faulty product that is less than 6 months old
