Supplier pulls shoulders up - non-disclosure!!!

I took out another contract at Cell C. On 5Jun13 helped by Brenda (branch man).
Printer was off-line, so I went back 6Jun13. Brenda not in, she asked day before that Derek helps me. So, the contract is taken out, no problems.
BUT NOTHING IS SAID ABOUT CELL C, EXCLUDING ALL INTERNATIONAL CALLS FROM THE 800 MINUTES PER MONTH I'VE JUST BOUGHT! AND THIS PHONE AND CONTRACT WAS PURCHASED FOR MOSTLY INTERNATIONAL (BOTSWANA AND OTHER) COUNTRY CALLS.
So this morning Cell C Customer Service mentions this fact, now I know too. WHY WAS THIS NOT EXPLAINED WHEN TAKING OUT THE CONTRACT? When I went to the branch today, Brenda (branch man.) says she recalls my partner still asking about international roaming. So neither Brenda (on 5Jun13), not Derek (on 6Jun13), both having the opportunity on those dates, mentioned anything about the manner Cell C bills for ALL international calls.
Today I wanted to at least migrate/downgrade the contract, so that I can afford to phone family overseas, with "over and above" contract package minutes.
SO BRANCH MANAGER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST SAYS TO WAIT 3 MONTHS. No sorry for our mistake. Just accept our mistake and you'll have to wait 3 months to migrate!!!
