Billed incorrectly no international call received

Continuation of HelloPeter message logged on 09:25:20 Tue 14 May 13,

I would like to cancel the contract with Cell C for the pathetic service and for the continued false and breach of contract.

I have tried cancelling my contract today multiple time and will continue to do so.

The wrong contract details were loaded, which amounts to as i am being billed for a service which is not in my contract. Furthermore the International calls is deactivated which I was told in the store it would support.

I have called multiple times/any new subscribers I would advise rather to go to MTN/Vodacom and pay the extra for the service.

I get transfered to retensions without any resolution as the calls only ring for 30 min plus (check call records)

Utterly Disgusted: Nothing has been resolved I still cannot receive international calls/ and my contract loaded incorrectly on the Cell C, I will continue logging calls on Hellopeter and have reported the matter to ICASA
