No reply/ No service

I wan to have a new switchboard installed at my company as my old one has broken, i have been trying to get a hold of someone at telkom to assist me for the past four days. I have been given a name {zweli} @ 016 4552919 by a guy called marius and have left numerous messages on a phone that never gets answered, all to no avail. I find this absolutely pathetic and i am considering stopping all business i have with telkom because of this. The fact that i have to complain on this site to get some attention is disgusting. Telkom, everyone knows you're pathetic as fa as customer support goes but this is ridiculous!
