Galaxy S4 faulty within 7 days of recieving

I went for upgrade @ Cellc maxcell in the Diamond Pavilion Mall. I upgraded to the S4.

Six day's later I took my brand new phone back, because while i use it the phone got hot. The other problem is the battery life. I fully charged it, and not using it the phone went flat within 6 hour's.

I took it back to the store and the said they are going to book it in for repairs and then they will let me know if they will repair it, or replace it.

I don't want a repaired phone that's not what I'm paying for. I'm paying for a new phone and that's what I want. Other wise I will cancel the upgrade and change to another network provider.
