Disappointment as expected

CellC did respond to my hellopeter complaint promptly. However it was just a facade. I was asked to e-mail my complaint to a specific address. I did forward my complaint however i never got a response. I even followed up to no avail. I'm not surprised. This pathetic excuse for service is whats expected from CellC. Their marketing and promises of outstanding service is all just a to peoples hard earned money... Never again will i do business with CellC. I have lost faith in the brand. It seems like they truely are just artists
