Hi there

I recently joined CellC after having looked at all other service providers and their rates. I also asked about the network coverage because I heard rumours that this was not good and I was reassured by the sales reps who said that this had been sorted out and should not be a problem. However, I really should have just joined the CellC face book page to see the overwhelming local response to this problem and I would have known not to get a 2 year CellC contract! I constantly have "no service" even when wifi is enabled in wifi hotspots. I cannot receive or make any phone calls without them cutting out. When I posted my comments on the CellC Facebook page they removed my comments and have failed to respond.

I am a very unhappy customer.
