Cell C
No feedback since the 6th

Hi, i have no received any feedback or any communication since the 6th June, was told i would be contacted, its the 13th an no one has called. i have my billing for May which shows what i was told that my account was in credit for R3. i received a message now stating that my account is still in arrears and will be suspended today. i have no changed any of my details i do not know what is going on and Cell C does not seem to care
