Customer service is terrible

My company applied for 4 new cellular accounts through Cell c on the 8th of August 2013 and needless to say we have gotten no response from them as to the progress of the application what so ever. I have spoken to the salesman at Alberton Cell c on numerous occasions and as I he is at the end of his tether. Neither of us can get through to the credit verification department so that we can find about the progress of the application. I find it unacceptable that in my private capacity I was able to take out 2 contracts in approximately a half an hour but my company has to wait a week and have no certainty as to whether or not the application was successful or not. I have even phoned their 084140 number only to find that pre recorded operator voice is not in English but in another language so I cannot follow the voice prompts even If I try... Their opposition may be 26c more expensive per minute then they are on a similar package how ever I suppose a quality service does cost a little more at the end of the day
