Telkom once again supplies bad service

I purchased the adsl special that was running about 15 months ago, the system never worked, i replaced the router twice got reference numbers from them had only one technician arrive at my home and that was on a sunday. he was unable to get the system to work. i was told it was my computers.[hogwash]. i stop paying for the system and sent a letter to the consumer council[no response]. about three months a go a lawyer phoned me and i sent her all the documentation and reference numbers.she said she passed it on to telkom. two days ago another lawyer phoned me same story.i have been blacklisted by telkom now and i still do not have the service i signed up for.amazing i have in the interim purchased 8ta dongles and i do not have a problem.
