Paying "Blackberry service" on Samsung phone

7 Months ago I've upgraded my contract and cancelled the use of Blackberries. I've been using a Samsung and I still pay R 59 / month for the Balck Berry service. My wife has exactly the same problem. Is Vodacom doing this deliberately to steel our money or is the consutant changing these contract not doing their work?
