Vodacom
Cannot send sms or make call's

Tuesday (11/06/2013) I discover I cannot send sms and check my airtime balance, call the call centre 111 they did try to assist by having me switch off my phone and remove the battery. This did not work at all.
They did call me back after this spend almost 2 hours on the phone, advising me to try various things which did not work.
Problem was not resolved they called me again on wednesday told me again to repeat the same process.
Which once again did not solve the problem. Today is thursday and still have the same problems!!
I am a contract subcriber of Vodacom and I feel the service is terrible!!!
