No Connection Slow Internet

I have purched a 2 gig internet bundel. How ever the internet is so so bad and slow. I have contacted the client services and complained about this. They advised to get in copntact with there technical people. i have done so they took me t step by step over the phone to try and make it faster. how ever it remains very slow. i have then complaind again and said that i would like to cancell the contract this was still with in the first month they then told me that i can not cancell this i took it over 12 months and i need to keep it. so this is my stroy i am told that the signal is very good in my erea and i m paying every motnh like a loyal client should. but i do not havee the goods. my internet is s, low i can not use is have of the time. Now what should I do stop paying my bill and get a bad name. or do i pay and be unhappy that i am paying for something that i can not use for more that 80% off the time???
