Landline installed in incorrect residence

I have applied for a line at the chatsworth branch in june 2012 and nothing was installed. About 2 months later I received an sms stating my telkom account was in arrears by R900. I visited the chatsworth branch and made them aware of what had happened only to discover that the line I applied for was installed in another home in Lamontville. The manger took my details and assured me that she will have this sorted out and give me a call but never kept to her word, this went on until january 2013. I then moved to Clairwood and visited the bluff branch and spoke to the manager and he told me that the manager from chatsworth was in his store due to the chatsworth branch being renovated, he then spoke to her and she told him that she is waiting for a response regarding this matter, the guy then took my details again and said he will give me a call but never did so. I went to the bluff store twice after that and nobody could assist me. I am totally appauled by the service from telkom. I am still getting calls and sms's @ odd times demanding payment for something i dont even have! The managers and staff need to be trained on how communicate with the customer and keep to their word!
