I have submitted an insurance claim, as my phone was recently and I am getting no joy, or response back. I work primarily from my phone and am really frustrated as my "old" phone can't do everything that is required. I have asked for a speedy process if possible, but I have not even received the courtesy of an acknowledgement. I am disappointed in Autopage, as they have always prided themselves with their service, and impress it on the staff - but I have definitely not had this experience. Please help?
