Extremely bad service from Autopage!!!

Dear Hellopeter,

I lodged an insurance claim with Autopage on 15 April after loosing my cell phone. The claim has been approved, but Autopage is not dispatching the replacement phone. They do not get back to me. The autopage call center is flooded with calls and one has to hang on for 10 minutes and even then no positive feedback. They cannot even tell me when they can help me and then transfer me to the next person. I went to an Autopage outlet and they informed me that they have three claims still outstanding form January!! I am informed that they have outsourced their warehousing and that is causing the problem. Even the company, Finrite, handling the insurance claims on behalf of Autopage, has no answers due to the bad service from Autopage and they have to deal with irate customers.

This is totally unacceptable, becuase no one seems even remotely able or willing to assist. I have lodged a complaint at [Email Removed] and even then I only get lip service.
