I am now to be blamed for Vodacom's mistake

Dear Mr CEO and CFO
I have had ENDLESS PROBLEMS with VODACOM the only person that was willing to assist is now fed up and says I cannot blame him for not being at work and his colleagues stupidity in issuing a micro SIM of course his reasoning is I should have known that the SAMSUNG GALXY TAB does not take a micro SIM, please retrieve the call and listen to Bryce's tone of voice when speaking to me. If he allowed me to finish he would have understood that all I was saying is that I want a guarantee that the device will NOT BE DAMAGED As I explained I was advised by VODASHOP/CARE and SUMSUNG to have a new device issued to me as the mistake on the part of VODACOM head office issuing a micro sim instead of a normal sim and this sim subsequently being inserted into the device and being stuck, this is NOT my fault and the new device should be issued at no cost to me and because it is being booked in I feel I need some sort of guarantee. I have had it with VODACOM.I assume Bryce has a manager or reports to someone can that someone please forward me the details of what it would cost to just end these contracts.
