Call centre staff cannot sort out my ADSL problem

I have now had enough! Ever since my line has been installed I have been patient with the incompetence of the Telkom support centre and it's been 3 weeks now. They simply cannot get my ADSL issue resolved and I honestly don't know what to do anymore. The call centre staff just keeps on telling me the fault has been logged and I have already made my first months payment but I am sitting with a faulty ADSL connection that is impossible to use! Can a qualified Telkom person please contact me urgently!!!
