Poor network service

I have recently purchased an Ipad from mtn and taken a 2gb data bundle. Mtn was my preferred telecoms provider as they offered the fastest connectivity across the widest area and at a competitive rate.

For the last 4 days there has been limited bandwidth available restricting my usual 22-24mb download speeds to nothing more than 2mb. I have tried to contact the call centre several times in the evenings and have yet to get through with the network apparently being busy and dropping my call.

Poor show mtn, poor show. Rather the pricier vodacom next time as at least there service is consistent
