Contract cancellation

I took out 3g contract with modem and cancelled in 5 days. Money was detucted from my account for - 1 year.no money has been paid back to me as yet. I sent a letter via Legal Wise to cust service on 12/07/2012.To date I have had no reply, no satisfaction.
Would like this matter attended very urgently!!!
