3 weeks ago I complained about 8ta taking my R856 on my account but they closed my account and the call centre confirmed my account is closed, even the statement I received. A guy by the name Lombard called and said I will not get a refund but will send me correct statement to show it is active within 48 hours, I asked for his email to show mine as well that shows zero he didn't want to provide with his email address. Since that day till today no refund and cannot use the simcard as well. If this not sorted today, I will go to NCR and CPA. It is not right. Next week they will want to debit again for something I'm not using.
