We cancelled our faster adsl line having been told that you have to give 30 days notice. The bill was complicated and had double charges then reversals!!! Just ridiculous. The line was then cut off 12 days too early!! After receiving at least 3 calls as to why I am cancelling and that we are valued customers... the line is cut off early. It then gets re-instated and now I have just received my new bill with ADSL charges for July!!! I really am thinking of cancelling everything. This has been time consuming and is just totally unacceptable.
