Do nolt care about customers

Months and months have gone by and nothing new that i was not called, i did mention to them i wanted to ahve the issues resolved so that i could start making payments towards the account i had but it seems that they do not want for this to happen... i dnt mind but i have a life to live and the sooner you have this fixed the sooner i can start making payments to the accoount and get this over and done with... i do not wish to call the accounts team because they are the people the messed things up for me and i knw that they knw nothing. i want someone from head office to call me and get this resolved once and for all...
