I am so disappointed in Hi-Cell Cellular (Vodacom), shop 14 in the Mokopane Mall. My laptop was in January this year and i requested my original contract from the above outlet where i originally purchased the laptop as i needed the serial number of the laptop to issue to the SAPS. A employee at Hi-Cell Cellular by the name of Joe requested the original contract documentation from Vodacom Head Office on 11 January and promised to get back to me with the serial number. He never did. Two months lapsed and i actually forgot about it. The SAPS reminded me about the laptop and requested the serial number from me again. I was extremely embarrassed. I contacted the branch manager, Jacky and she also promised to get back to me. I went through all the trouble for a second time to provide the store with my id document and necessary details. She also never got back to me or bothered to provide me with any feedback. Yesterday (2 April) i phoned and left a message for her. For a fourth time, this store has left me speechless with disappointment.
This is a disgrace!!! I have five contracts at Vodacom and i must say, i am very much tempted to go to another service provider.
