MTN Listed me on ITC

I logged a qeury rergading a account that was opened with my details at MTN. MTN then stopped the account and said they were going to investigate the case. They have now listed me on ITC. I had previously logged a query, they responded to my query on the 19 March 2013, to say that they were going to investigate and communucate with me. They have to date not done that, and rather listed me on ITC.
